이 앱의 이용에는 Apple 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(Apple Standard EULA)이 적용되며, 아래 내용을 추가로 안내합니다.
1. 구독과 구매
- 무료 깨우기 5회를 제공합니다. 이후 연간 이용(자동 갱신 구독) 또는 평생 이용(1회 구매)으로 제한 없이 사용할 수 있습니다.
- 연간 이용은 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신되며, Apple 계정으로 청구됩니다. 해지는 설정 > Apple 계정 > 구독에서 할 수 있습니다.
- 환불은 Apple의 정책에 따라 Apple이 처리합니다.
2. 생성 이미지
- 결과 이미지는 기기 안의 인공지능 모델이 만든 것으로, 매번 다르게 나올 수 있고 그림과 다를 수 있습니다.
- 아이가 그린 그림과 결과 이미지는 사용자가 자유롭게 개인적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
3. 사용 제한(모델 라이선스)
이 앱은 Stable Diffusion 1.5(CreativeML OpenRAIL-M), LCM-LoRA, ControlNet v1.1(OpenRAIL), Real-ESRGAN(BSD-3), CLIP(MIT)을 사용합니다. OpenRAIL 라이선스에 따라, 이 앱으로 법을 어기거나 다른 사람을 해치거나 괴롭히는 콘텐츠, 허위 정보, 타인의 개인정보를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 만들거나 퍼뜨려서는 안 됩니다. 라이선스 전문

Use of this app is governed by the Apple Standard EULA, with the following additions.
1. Subscriptions and purchases
- You get 5 free wake-ups, then unlimited use with Yearly (auto-renewing subscription) or Lifetime (one-time purchase).
- Yearly renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and is charged to your Apple Account. Cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
2. Generated images
- Results are made by AI models on your device; they vary each time and may differ from the drawing.
- You may freely use your child's drawings and the results for personal purposes.
3. Use restrictions (model licenses)
This app uses Stable Diffusion 1.5 (CreativeML OpenRAIL-M), LCM-LoRA, ControlNet v1.1 (OpenRAIL), Real-ESRGAN (BSD-3), and CLIP (MIT).
